LINQM has been engaged to help a Client with a Customer Account Representative. This is a long term contract opportunity. The role is responsible for helping support business initiatives by understanding the company's strategies and supporting their customers. The role will work with customers acting as the liaison between the company and their customers. The role will interact with internal employees (marketing, sales mgmt, accounting), field employees, customers, and vendors. The candidate will be responsible for daily client services (status updates, conflict resolution, invoice status, overall account maintenance).
The right candidate will have impeccable communication and follow-up (proven experience in their background).
Required:
At least 1 year of experience in customer/client account management and servicing
