This project aims to streamline and optimize the incentives provided to our dealers (customers) through a comprehensive incentives solution. Here are the key aspects of the project:Objective: Develop a prototype solution that efficiently manages dealer incentives.Technologies: The solution will leverage the following technologies:- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement): Serving as the front-end platform, it will provide a user-friendly interface for managing incentives Dynamics 365 ISV Partner (Incentives Rules Engine): This partner solution will handle complex incentive rules and calculations Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance and Operations): Ensuring accurate financial reflection related to dealer incentives.Key Responsibilities:Business Analysis:- Collaborate with business units to understand dealer incentives requirements Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.Document business needs and translate them into functional requirements Solution Design and Prototyping:- Work closely with stakeholders to define solution requirements Create prototypes and mockups to visualize the proposed system Ensure seamless integration between the specified technologies.Financial Integration:- Validate that financial data related to dealer incentives aligns with our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics F&OProject Collaboration:- Lead or participate in project activities Assist in coordinating efforts across teams and ensuring successful project (link removed)ments for Suppliers: Must be on-site 3 days/week (Deerfield Location)
