DASU Studios is a portrait photography studio that helps people express and celebrate their beauty. We pride ourselves in being a safe space for people to commune, introspect, and grow first and a photography studio second. We are going through an exciting branding and launching phase as we aim to launch in July of this year and we're looking for a creative doer to join our small team of 3. We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a big impact in the world of beauty and wellness and looking forward to wearing many hats while working with contractors.

Working hand in hand with the CEO and Studio Manager, you will be helping create marketing campaigns and strategies when needed and executing day-to-day marketing needs.

More specifically, youll get to:

  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing strategy and business goals.
  • Develop content that is engaging, informative, and on-brand for various digital channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and more.
  • Create a content calendar and ensure that content is delivered on time and on budget.
  • Understand and effectively convey the brand and vision of DASU.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and for social media platforms (SMM) to improve organic reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to create cohesive campaigns and messaging across all channels.
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics to continually improve content effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our content strategy remains relevant and effective.

Requirements

  • A degree in business, marketing, or branding required or other experience/education equivalent may suffice
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital content strategy or a fast learner with a strong background in marketing or communications.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with experience in creating various forms of digital content such as short-form vertical videos, social media posts, blog posts, website copy, and email campaigns.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels and the ability to optimize content for different platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SMM best practices and how to use analytics tools to measure content effectiveness.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience collaborating within a small team and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Creative and compelling storyteller
  • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
  • Experience with design and editing software: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and other relevant software
  • Passion for social impact is a must
  • Empathy and high EQ is a must
  • Previous marketing experience at a modern consumer service-based company is a high-plus


Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $75,000k ~ $88,000k (Open to negotiation depending on your experience and skill set)
