Title: Technical Data Manager / Data Project Manager

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire

RATE : $75/hour on W2 (Without benefits)

The data manager will ensure effective data management, secure procedures, and data analysis. They enforce policies, establish data-sharing rules, and troubleshoot data-related issues.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procedures for effective data management.

Create rules and procedures for data sharing.

Oversee and manage staff members in the daily use of data systems.

Guarantee adherence to legal and company regulations.

Regularly monitor and evaluate information and data systems that could affect analytical results.

Assess system performance and recommend software, hardware, and data storage improvements.

Manage all incoming data files.

Code review skills

Continually develop data management strategies.

Assist with recognizing and upholding digital security systems to protect delicate information.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.

A minimum of 10+ years experience in data management or analysis.

Ability to decipher and organize large amounts of data.

Data managers should have strong technical skills, including proficiency in database management, data warehousing

Strong SQL skills (Hands on ) a must

ETL skills like Datastage or Informatica`

Familiarity with Cloud (GCP is preferred)

Preferred to have someone from the Healthcare Payer domain.

An analytical mindset with superb communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to translate complex problems clearly.
