Required Skills/Experience:
DB2 server administration with installation, configuration, working knowledge, and have outstanding work experience in fixing agent issues
Experience in DB2 DBA with strong data analysis and SQL writing and tuning experience on Linux/Windows/Unix platform
Excellent troubleshooting skills on DB2 - Distributed environment
Troubleshooting HA issues, design level suggestions
Performance Tuning, Database patching/upgrade
Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Flexible to work in 24x7 environment
When performance issues arise, determine the most effective way to increase performance including hardware purchases, server configuration changes, or index/query changes
