Modern Work and Bus Apps Corp RoB: Drive regular key performance indicator reviews, support finance rhythm of business, have formulate a pulse of business health via assisting in qualitative/quantitative insights preparation. Assist with internal team RoB via maintain a schedule, workback and goals for the team to plan for business reviews in advance. Support meeting scheduling for these. Design communication schedules and high impact communications for executive, manager-level, and organization-wide audiences for efficient RoC
Field RoB: Manage and schedule Field rhythms (Field Sharing, community calls) with areas per RoB strategy defined. Plan ahead and avoid conflicts with major events. Work with metric leads to maintain rhythms. Assist in fiscal RoB/RoC strategy. Design templates for effective insight collection and sharing.
Maintain DLs, Schedules & asset management: Ensure that DLs and content sharepoint sites are current org/information. Enable info sharing with teams/orgs. Work across teams to provide end-to end business RoB view. Develop and manage organizational assets including Walking decks, Org. Polices & Procedures, Team web sites, SharePoint sites, and Teams channels.
Operational Efficiency: Drive operational Excellence across the organization, planning, implementing, and monitoring projects that improve team efficiency.
Role Planning: Assist in operations for Role planning- Sequencing, Rolex, skilling.
