This is a position for a LAN Administration Manager with the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities. The project is the support of Division applications.

Please note, this position requires the candidate be available to work in a hybrid capacity (3 days per week in the office and 'as needed' for special situations).

This role will extend beyond the dates above and is ongoing.

As a LAN Administration Manager with the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities, the candidate will perform advanced technical and application support functions including:
-Perform knowledgebase documentation with a focus on Division Infrastructure needs and changes
-Participate in team meetings with a focus on internal operational needs, issues, and solutions
-Perform Active Directory management for on premises and cloud solutions
-Perform Distributed File System structure on premises and cloud environments
-Provide tier 2 and tier 3 trouble ticket support for DDD operational equipment (PCs, printers, network devices, and services)
-Provide tier 2 and tier 3 trouble ticket support for DDD workstations, printers and other network devices
-Document tier 2 and tier 3 ticket solutions for DDD core applications
-Document tier 2 and tier 3 ticket solutions for DDD workstations, printers and other network devices
-Install, configure, and upgrade Division COTS and SaaS applications
-Perform Hardware Provisioning
-Perform Technology and Equipment Inventory Tracking
-Perform GPO Management
-Install and configure servers and virtual machines
-Perform advanced network device configuration and installation
-Analyze, enhance, and ensure network security
-Perform backup and restore processes
-Keep server and network equipment patched and updated
