Job title: DESKSIDE ENGINEER
Location: Holleder Parkway, Rochester, NY 14615
Shift: Monday Through Saturday. (M - F: 8 AM local to 5 PM Local & Sat: 8 AM local to 2 PM Local)
Project Duration: 12 months+


Mandatory Qualifications:
Deskside Support Knowledge
Imaging Skills on Laptops/Tablets
Troubleshooting skills on Desktops/Laptops to resolve end-user issue(s)

Service Desk App Support Knowledge
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people in a professional manner, face to face, on the telephone and in writing.

Job summary (link removed) /> Good knowledge in Deskside, Service Desk App Support customers via phone, e-mail, and remote diagnostics to identify, reproduce and resolve customer reported issues

Role & Responsibilities:
Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals
Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions on installing applications
Conduct remote troubleshooting
Document the tickets with troubleshooting steps and resolve the incidents
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Help create technical documentation and manuals(KA) for known issues
Image and deploy Laptops/ Desktops/Tablets to end users
Asset Management(stock level check, tracking, receiving)
