Job Summary
- Managing CATV Operations back end role for West Zone
- Manage and act as bridge between Line Manager, Top Management and Operations Team to ensure goals/requirements are met on time and delivered. This will include involvement with other internal Stakeholders as well (E.g. Finance & Accounts/Content/IT/BSS/Legal).
- Understand management requirement and then prepare templates for data collection from Operations team by clearly communicating the data requirement to the team.
- Product / Scheme knowledge
- Lead and guide MIS team and ensure data validation and accuracy
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- MIS Reports, Dashboard and Performance Monitoring
- Dashboard Excel / Power BI on STB Renewal and Subscriber Base Movement
- Daily Detailed Report on Active STB Renewal and Subscriber Base Movement
- Daily Reports on PP + SP Active and Cancel Dump
- Regular Review, monitor and create action plan on STBs lying with LCOs and Deactivated STBs
- Monthly Report on Market Share Gain/Loss
- Monitoring KPIs Renewal %, Net Additions, Winback and Churn
- To ensure Monthly Target Setting for Employees and Monitoring Target vs Actuals are done
- Preparing AOP on Revenue, Fresh Adds and Net Addition of West Zone for submission to Top Management
- Preparing Monthly Presentation on Business Operations
- Preparing Presentation on New Business Proposal and Competitive Landscape
- Calculation and Validation of Data as per Incentive Scheme Roll Out
- Scheme creation as per ground requirement to meet competition challenge
- Preparation of Process Note and seek approval from CEO & CFO approval for all new and renewal of Consultancy, Distribution, Network Management / RTU and Network Maintenance Contracts
- Creation of PO and follow up with F&A for all Consultancy and Network Maintenance vendor payments

Functional Competency: MIS
Behavioural Competency: Integrity, concern for quality, teamwork, self-confidence, pro-active and positive attitude.
Years Of Experience- 10-15 Years (Telecom Sector Preferred)
Educational Qualification- Graduate/Postgraduate with MBA will be preferred.
IT Skills
Complete understanding and proficiency of MS-Excel, PPT is must & experience / knowledge of MS Access and SQL will be an added advantage
