Job Description
:- Making strategy of Contract Administration. (link removed) Handling arbitration cases. (link removed) Handling team and team development, Improvement of contract process. (link removed) Helping to BD & Project team in contracts matters. He / she should prepare Salient Features of the Contracts and the Projects; Listing out the contractual obligations of both parties and following up the same for fulfilment; Identifying the potential risks and their mitigations; Spotting and Tracking delay events and generating records for the same and Monitoring of progress of the Project and advising the execution team about the lack of progress and its repercussions. He / she should be aware of all Contractual matters, Claim and maintaining of Contractual / Claim risk register and shall advise HO team regarding all Contractual matters including potential. Claims in the project; Maintaining the incoming and outgoing correspondence list and their continuous monitoring to ensure that all contractually important letters are replied in time. Spotting extra items/changes in scope and generating requisite correspondence regarding the same to raise bills and get paid for the same. Keep a regular watch on possible claims. Identifying, informing, quantifying, generating records for the same and ensure their fructification. Generate and Maintain records for applying for Extension of Time and the ability to justify/defend the same. Closing out the Contracts
