Position: DGM/GM IT Project Manager Job Location: Mumbai Objectives of this Role
Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives as per business plan Develop & Design program assessment process for evaluation and improvement Coordinate and manage multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached Prepare & Manage budget for IT spends Implementation & to follow the Agile way of working IT Governance - Manage IT vendor contracts, SLA, Service Credit, Budget vs spend and other IT governance activities Manage IT audits, change management tools / processes and Secure SDLC Manage, coordinateand Conduct UATfor the deliverables. Responsibilities Work closely with Management, cross-functional teams, and relevant IT teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives Work with different business functions to understand and capture the Business requirement, perform requirement Analysis, validate the Functional Requirement Specification created by the partner / Project manager and its mapping with Business requirements Work with partners to review and validate the Solution design along with the Cost / effort for the same Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors Develop and manage schedule and budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders Project coordination managing project interdependencies Skills and Qualifications - Should be capable of managing all phases of Project / Program Management encompassing requirement analysis, impact analysis, effort estimation / validation, cost approval, prioritization, project planning, defining scope, setting expectation of stakeholders and timelines, monitoring, inter-discipline coordination, resource planning & documentation, budgeting, vendor management & execution across the entire SDLC
- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of digital marketing / digital platforms, OSS and BSS systems
- Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and processes
- Proven experience in Project / program management.
- Proven stakeholder management skills
- Business Understanding skill
- Technical knowledge of UNIX/Windows platforms, databases, software design (HDL, LLD) and programming languages
- Should be good negotiator and influencer
- Should be capable in planning, managing vendors, deliveries, timelines etc.
- Should have experience in Software Life Cycle Development
- Should have knowledge of DevOps
- Should have knowledge of GitHub, Jenkins , JIRA tools.
- PMP / ITIL certification preferable
