• 5+ years of experience in technical business analysis
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional team
• Knowledge of Middleware solutions, ACE, DataPower, Salesforce Solutions, APIs, SQL, ETL
• Produce technical specifications to communicate user requirements in technical terms to analyst programmers/project team
• Extensive awareness of API based architecture, REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth and Single Sign-On
• Understanding of API message format, JSON, XML
• Knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle and DevOps Tools such as Azure DevOps
• Established technical knowledge in software development life cycle and agile development methodologies and SCRUM process.
• Provide expertise on web technologies and experience in building solutions using Java technologies
• Promotes a standardized set of best practices, processes and documentation used in technology projects
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and coach junior team members
• Experience in healthcare industry is a bonus
