Candidate must be  graduate or undergraduate, preferably DRA trained or certified

     Minimum 1 year experience in working as Direct Field collection staff for reputed bank or Field agency

    Candidate must have valid Government ID and address proof, Police verification report is mandatory or need to be applieD

    Candidate must be good in tracing the customers on field

    Candidate must have exposure in collecting minimum 150 cases in field

    Candidate must have a two wheeler and smart phone 

    Candidate must have knowledge in accessing Field governance app

    Candidate should not have any kind of negative mark in their previous organization

    Candidate must be presentable and should possess good communication skill in their local language
