Position: Data Validation Engineer Duration: 30 weeks (8 months) Location: Hybrid (local to Oldsmar/Tampa) Positions: 2 Qualifications:Strong analytical and problem solving skills - must be able to analyze large data sets with many variables to help answer research question(s)Experience designing and executing scripted testingExperience with exploratory data analysisExperience creating visualizations to support data analysisProficient in SQL and/or python Curiosity and persistence to find answersFast learner - must be able to quickly understand complex logic of how Nielsen collects data via meters, how the data is cleaned, and how it flows through Nielsen systems to create reliable data views to perform analyses on. Experience building data pipelines from multiple data sources that feed into visualization tools for analysisExcellent communication (verbal and written)Experience writing code that is efficient/automated (minimizing room for human error) Nice to Have: WiFi/WiFi6 network knowledgeSmall scale project management experience: Evaluate objectives and timingDesign a processCommunicate with stakeholdersExecute against process design (most of this project would be executed by this person, but there will be many stakeholders to keep informed and to make decisions and help with understanding)Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
