About Us

We are seeking a dedicated Remote AML Analyst to join our team and support engagements in the Financial Crimes Risk Management practice. In this role, you will play a crucial part in various tasks related to look-backs and transaction monitoring activities.

Responsibilities

Compliance Excellence: Work on engagements related to Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), USA PATRIOT Act, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Know Your Client (KYC), and all other laws, regulations, and requirements designed to establish processes to detect and prevent money laundering, fraud, and terrorism.

Investigative Expertise: Manage assigned tasks that involve drafting case investigations, preparing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), analyzing and utilizing Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) and Monetary Instrument Logs (MILs), and referencing Customer Identification Programs (CIPs).

Analytical Proficiency: Utilize strong investigative and analytical skills to formulate and clearly articulate a supportable rationale behind the decisioning of alerts within cases, as part of look-backs.

Transaction Analysis: Conduct in-depth transaction analysis as part of look-back investigations.

Quality Assurance: Meet clearly defined productivity and quality assurance standards to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service.

Requirements

AML Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) with a strong background in transaction monitoring and look-back investigations.

Banking Background: Correspondent banking experience is highly preferred.

Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic, both written and verbal, is required for effective communication.

Communication Skills: Demonstrated strong writing and research skills to communicate findings effectively.

Technical Proficiency: Ability to use Microsoft Office applications, including pivot tables, charts, PowerPoint, and more.

Team Player: Exhibit the ability to maintain a climate of teamwork and cooperation when collaborating with colleagues.
