Nahant Town Hall is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop and maintain databases, tracking systems, and other data-related tools
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide recommendations for solutions
• Create data visualizations and presentations to communicate findings and insights in a clear and concise manner
• Develop and maintain processes for data quality control and validation
• Provide support for data-related projects and initiatives
• Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies in data analytics

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning is a plus
