Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with CMS clients to understand their data analytics needs and requirements in the End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) domain.
  • Analyze large datasets to extract valuable insights, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Design and implement data models, algorithms, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics and healthcare informatics.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or similar.)
  • CMS ESRD experience within the last 1.5 years is preferred, as significant changes have occurred in the ESRD system.
  • Proven experience, preferably focusing on CMS End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) data.
  • Familiarity with EQRS and PQRS is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in analyzing and interpreting complex ESRD data, utilizing relevant software and tools.
  • Solid understanding of CMS ESRD regulations and guidelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics tools, programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python), and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations, including CMS data sets and reporting requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Please note that this position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract. We are seeking candidates excited about the opportunity to join our team pending contract approval. The selected candidate will have the chance to significantly impact the ESRD field and contribute to the success of our program.
