Principal Task:


  • Perform the necessary typing and clerical duties in order to facilitate the operation of the department.

  • Accurately record on the data collection forms all required information that will be pertinent to the evaluation, and program internal and external reports.

  • Track the participants and administer evaluations, and survey tools as required.

  • Enter all data into appropriate databases as required.

  • Follow the guidelines of the data collection manual and guidelines developed for each department.

  • Exhibit the flexibility necessary to multi0task, and perform contracted services in multiple areas of the agency.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Project Director/ Lead Evaluator or President/ CEO.




Responsibilities:


  •  Assist the Prevention/ Treatment/ Recovery Services/ Administration Departments in the area of planning activities and other related duties as assigned.

  • Maintain statistical reports for effective coordination of each program component.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Project Director/ Lead Evaluator/ and President/ CEO.

  • Participate on agency work groups, quality improvement committees, and prevention. treatment/ and recovery group meetings.


Academic:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human services, education, or related field.


Qualifications:


  • Two years of experience as a data collector with typing skills of 50wpm or more. 

  • Must have the ability to communicate accurately and convey this information through both written and verbal communication. 

  • Pleasant telephone manners.

  • Must have superior organizational skills and accuracy.
