Title: Data Entry/ Administrative Assistant
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Bloomington, IN
Description:
Must be able to work 100% onsite

Summary:
The Training temporary position is a member of the Manufacturing Team reporting directly to the Manufacturing Training Supervisor. This role is responsible for administrative tasks including data entry, spreadsheet management, document routing, project management, and training packet creation and delivery.
This position will assist with new hire orientation through partnership with a manufacturing trainer.
The Training temporary employee will work to ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are considered and implemented in daily work. The ability to maintain integrity, work honesty and efficiently, and project professionalism are required for this position.
Candidates must be able to work as part of team interacting daily with multiple team members. The ideal candidate will possess computer skills and must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (these are primary responsibilities of the role and the incumbent will perform other duties as assigned):

Data Entry
Project Management
Spreadsheet Management
Assist with New Hire Orientation
Keep Files and New Hire Documents Supplied and Updated
Work with other departments keep projects moving forward
Manage Building B Supplies
Assist new hires with computer work as needed

Job Requirements (Education, Experience and Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous Administrative Experience
Demonstrates a positive, proactive approach to problem solving
Experience with technical writing
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to type 60 WPM
Physical / Safety Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to push/pull heavy wheeled objects (ie: tanks, carts, pallet jacks, etc.)
Must be able to perform overhead work (ie: sanitizing walls and ceilings)
Must be able to squat
Physical coordination/flexibility to allow gowning for clean room environments
Utilize applicable personal protective equipment, including safety shoes/toe caps, gloves, eye protection, heat resistant wear and hearing protection
Dexterity and physical condition to perform some level of repetitive motion tasks
Duties may require overtime work, including nights and weekends
Use of hands and fingers to manipulate office equipment is required
