Description

  • Assignment Length: 6 months (could be extended)
  • Temp to Hire: NO- Temporary (most likely no perm hire)
  • Will they work remotely initially or start onsite on day one? Day 1 at office or plant for Initial orientation and to get computer than remote until post COVID.
  • Then they must return to the office when the team returns post COVID (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY-Local to Branchburg, NJ)

Physical is NOT required for this position

  • The Data Entry Specialist will work as part of the Reliability team to enter P&ID Data into eMaint (CMMS) software.
  • Responsibilities will include organizing Data formats and validating existing Data within eMaint.
  • The work schedule is 8 hours a day (9am - 5:30pm), with minimal overtime availability.

Job Description

  • Align eMaint Assets to ALAM P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Drawings)
  • Data Entry Quality Control
  • Gather and Load Image files into eMaint
  • Help create Data Structure and Entry standards
  • Extract data and run reports from eMaint System
  • Create Data Entry PowerPoint Trainers
  • Confirm and/or correct existing Data within Emaint
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
  • Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse
  • Comply with all company safety policies and OSHA and MSDS Standards
  • Successfully complete all assigned trainings

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Computer literate with experience using Microsoft office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Must have the ability to learn new computer database systems (eMaint or other programs)
  • Must be organized with attention to detail and ability to follow directions to meet deadlines
  • Ability to follow all work instructions
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills and be very capable of regular interaction with maintenance personnel, reliability engineers, and managers.
  • Communication will be in person, on the phone, and via video conferencing.
  • Must be a quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain focus and adapt to a variety of challenges
  • Must be able to work from their home location up to 100% of the time.
  • Must be able to keep track of assignments and time spent on assignments.
  • Preferable that candidate has experience with CMMS programs such as eMaint or SAP PM

Work Conditions:

  • Work environment may be a combination of remotely from home location and on site at a manufacturing facility
  • Work environment is at the manufacturing location in a shared cubicle alongside the Project Lead. (Reliability Engineer)
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
  • Comply with all company safety policies
