Job Title:   Data Entry Specialist

Location:   Lone Tree, Colorado -- 80124

Duration:  5+ Months

Shift Timings: Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Job Description / Responsibilities:

Input information from a variety of sources into a computer database 

Verify recorded information to ensure accuracy and completeness of data 

Update files / records and identify / correct errors 

Assemble, batch, and distribute data 

Experience with Microsoft Windows including Word and Excel

Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy is required

Ability to follow directions 10,000 ks or 50 wpm required. 

7 to 10 years of experience.

JOB DUTIES:

Work with a team to review and perform Data Abstraction on 3rd Party Colocation Master Services Agreements and Service Orders and put required data into a pre-formatted Google Sheet. Work with Internal teams to verify accuracy of documents. All work will be performed in a Verizon Office in Lone Tree, CO with no Teleworking option.



EDUCATION:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

College Degree preferred
