Works closely with the supply planning team in supporting activities that are critical in moving inventory into and across a distribution network.

• Responsible for building, monitoring, and adjusting intra-company shipments (loads) using SAP or other planning tools.
• The main point of contact for contract suppliers in assisting with and managing their outbound freight.
• Liaise with transportation and warehousing groups as well as personnel at 3PL to help resolve issues with intra-company shipment ship/arrival dates or quantity discrepancies.
• Responsible for compiling various reports that are utilized by leadership and processing ad-hoc reporting as needed for the supply/capacity teams.

• Communication skills (writing and verbal), Data entry, and organization.
• Able to help resolve and interpret data, Compile reporting, and pull together presentations.
