Minimum of 5 years of experience establishing and managing data quality programs, preferably in tperson banking industry; including developing roadmaps, frameworks, standards, procedures, and measurement.
Excellent knowledge of data quality management principles, techniques, and tools, to include critical data elements and metadata management.
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL, and data warehouse concepts.
Experience using SQL to analyze datasets.
Experience with Informatica ETL/DQ toolset
Experience developing and managing data quality rules, executing and managing data quality cpersoncks, developing reporting and controls.
Experience resolving data quality issues, including activities such as: identification, assessment, fix, documentation, and communication.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with tperson ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with tperson ability to guide data stewards and IT partners in data quality management.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with tperson ability to identify and resolve complex data quality issues.
Strong understanding of banking industry regulations.
