Location: Plano, TX (HYB)

Duration: Long-term Contract

Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with a minimum of 10+ years or relevant experience.
• Designing highly complex conceptual, logical and physical data models like Star Schema
• Good Knowledge about AWS and S3.
• Good Knowledge on PySpark Scripting.
• Work with business partners and other subject matter experts to identify, understand and document business needs for data.
• Design and develop ETL processes based on the data needs.
• Strong understanding in any of the Data Modeling tools & ETL tools.
• Working experience in Snowflake preferred.
• Physical database design, semantic design, tuning and Logical design tweaking
• Creating and maintaining physical data models based on inputs of logical data models, source data profiles, and access requirements
• Designed to support Target s analytical and performance needs includes views, partitioning, and indexes as appropriate
• Solid Knowledge of Data Management Concepts and Relational Databases
• Strong understanding and experience working with data warehousing concepts and designs.
• Experienced in ETL unit and functional testing
• Coordinate with offshore team and review the tasks
• Strong SQL programming skills
• Follow all prescribed Target processes, standards, and reviews
• Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Expertise in Banking, Insurance and financial service preferred
