Position: Data Lead Location: Hoboken, NJ (Remote due to Covid) Interview Type: Phone & Skype Visa Type: Any visa GC, Citizen, GC-EAD, H1B, TN-Visa and NO OPT Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: | SAP migration experience is a must, Lifesciences experience preferred. The Local Data Cleansing & Migration Lead is responsible for ensuring the correct data extraction, data cleansing, mapping and migration of all the Master Data and Transactional Data objects in scope of the local deployment for the roll-out in the US CHC market of the iSHIFT ERP Core Model framework, which is embedded in a single ERP for all businesses on all geographies. Master Data areas in iSHIFT project scope include but are not limited to: Customer Master Data Vendor Master Data Material Master Data Open Purchase Orders Open Sales Orders Finance related Master Data: General Ledger Account, Banks, Fixed Assets Controlling related Master Data: Profit Centers / Cost Centers / WBSs
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Client is engaging in a review program for harmonization of its current processes: Finance and Controlling, SBS, Trade, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality to name a few. The iSHIFT project is the IT implementation of these Business Core Models into a Global ERP (S/4 Hana) considering also the corresponding interfaces with all relevant satellite tools. This review and transformation program aims at: Enabling Global Business Units (GBU) & Global Functions with Analytics & common processes Embed new ways of analysing markets and business strategies & tactics Simplifying processes and Sanofi users' experience The Local Data Cleansing & Migration Lead will be; Be responsible for all aspects of the transition of all Data in project scope from Legacy to the iSHIFT Core solution to be deployed for the US CHC market Responsible for transition of data to all relevant satellite systems. Support Business on data cleansing activities. Assure extraction of required data from legacy systems for the further upload into iSHIFT systems. Support business in the creation of data for data objects where no suitable source system exists Assure migration tools are tested and validated. Assure that all project defined MOCKs are executed correctly from business point of view. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required with a concentration in business preferred Master's degree preferred PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE 10+ years professional experience in related field required A strong track record in a Pharmaceutical / Consumer Products industry preferably in Sanofi Strong analytical and summarization skills required Strong communication and problem solving skills, ability to defend the Core Model position
