We are looking for a Data Management Specialist to join the Global Services, Demonstration Data Management Group, (DDX) with the role located in the US working out of the Jersey City office 3 days a week(link removed) You will have the opportunity to contribute and work with Managers and Leaders in AU, UK, US and Canada.

You will be responsible for developing, producing, and maintaining quality data that will be used to demonstrate LEAP to Clients and LEAP Departments in the US. As part of these responsibilities you will be trained on how to use the DDX Tool.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with your colleagues in the US ensuring that all data is accurate, complete, and easily accessible. The Data Management Specialist will also be responsible for providing data quality assurance, data analysis, and data governance to ensure data integrity across all LEAP Demonstration Data, datafiles.

To be successful, you will be someone who enjoys a hands-on roll, and is happy to roll up their sleeves to get the job done relishing the opportunity to work with stakeholders in Australia, US, and Canada.

We ask for LEAP internal employees to: 1) Be with LEAP for over a year & 2) Be in good standing in your current position.

Requirements

  • Proactively liaising with various stakeholders to understand location specific data requirements.
  • Understanding the clients data requirements and the ability to translate these requirements into functional specifications for implementation and delivery. Maintaining documentation including training, delivery, and processes
  • Preparing and delivering standard and custom training events via web conference tools, web meeting or standard classroom methods in a one on one or group situation (including the ability to amend and revise programs as necessary, to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment)
  • Ability Investigate and resolve issues raised by departments that relate to LEAP data.
  • Support DDX Developers with issues escalated in the DDX Projects

Key Experience:

  • Experience with LEAP is essential including...
    • Datafile creations o Creating matters, documents, time, cost recoveries, invoices, receipts
  • Experience in creating technical documentation specifications
  • Ability to self-motivate and work autonomously
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Strong delivery focus to complete tasks within schedule and quality standards
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analysis skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrable stakeholder management experience, with a proven ability to build positive relationships and engage people across all levels of the organisation
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, with experience in presenting to senior Management.
