Title: Data Migration Specialist (Job ID: HU)

Location: Saint Paul, MN

Job Type: Contract

Duration: 6+ months (Long term)



The Data Migration Specialist will support the migration of data from source systems and/or spreadsheets into the global ARDx Salesforce instances. This includes collaborating with the commercial business teams and team members to ensure proper data is available and formatted correctly for migration into the Salesforce instances through non-production migrations and finally into production.



Essential Functions:

• Gather requirements and document current business practices 


• Analyze business process and data according to end state deployment of a large tool implementation 


• Participate in and help ensure organized cross-functional teams 


• Experience as with data analysis, process improvement, reporting, forecasting, change management, Excel macros, requirements gathering, business process mapping., cross functional team communication.

Other Duties: 

• Develop training and/or supporting materials 


• Other tasks assigned as necessary.

• ARDx commercial business

Qualifications:  

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; minimum of 2 years of IT related experience, or the equivalent combination of education experience. 


• Demonstrated competency in data analysis and/or data migration from source to target systems


• Understanding of (link removed) software – certifications a plus


• Strong analytical and problem solving skills 

Desired:

• Business data support and analytical experience


• Installation and utilization of ETL tools (e.g. Talend, Informatica)


• Demonstrated experience with larger teams – remote teams

Tools and Technologies desired: SQL, SAP, Visio, MS Project, Excel, Salesforce
