This role supports both tenants of LRSH (IMM & Botox/CNS)
Platform Management & Maintenance
Develop and maintain file, folder, and audience taxonomy
Develop and maintain segment taxonomy & folder structure
Attend weekly Epsilon consumer activation support meetings.
Attend Live Ramp QBR's
Be Informed of File Refresh/Update Process of data files extract/load to LRSH
Work with teams to understand recurring data feed sequence and status.
Participate in weekly LRSH Ops meetings and be informed of all data source update status.
Lead LRSH platform configuration and workflow optimization & standardization across tenants.
Work with teams to ensure Adobe ECID integration & matching tables are standardized.
Ensure all tagging is implemented in accordance with best practices & methods.
Lead deployment of authenticated traffic solution across all supported domains.
Manage Audience Activations from LRSH to Publisher End Points
Work with LR to setup new end point destinations
Utilize LRSH Audience Activation Intake form to distribute audiences to end point.
Work with LR on any technical issues or platform performance challenges.
Maintain monthly distribution of established publisher end points.
Manage all Active LR Connections
Participate in technical integration discussions when new connections are required
Ensure all connections are functioning properly and coordinate with Live Ramp if issues
Extract & Publish LRSH Monthly Operational Dashboard
Inclusive of Media Impressions by Publisher
Inclusive of Epsilon Data Spine Impressions
Inclusive of Symphony Health Data Impressions
Inclusive of Data Marketplace Impressions
