Data Processing Specialist

On-Line Surveys Team

We are a dynamic team dedicated to assisting clients in strategic HR decision-making. Operating globally in a hybrid model, we specialize in conducting in-depth quantitative research projects online to deliver valuable insights for informed business choices.
We have an unique opportunity to help people understand complex and ambiguous reality by designing questionnaires, asking relevant questions and data and insights reporting. We create polls on hot topics, feedback surveys, policy and practices surveys, and many more to bring the value to employees and employers.

We are looking for candidates for
Data Processing Specialist
position in Company Research team.


You can expect:

You will be part of On-Line Surveys Team responsible for processing and analysing data from online surveys
This role combines ability to understand survey data and basic statistical analysis with R programming skills

You will:

Process data using R or MS Excelsoftware
Prepare basic analysis of survey data using different formats - html, docx, xlsx, pptx
Be involved in creating data-based tech solutions
Cooperate with stakeholders and other team members to deliver high quality products


To apply you need to have:

Experience in data processing
Working knowledge of R/Python
Knowledge and skills related to survey methodology
University degree, preferably in sociology / psychology / maths / quantitative methods / engineering
Very good command of written and spoken English
Can do attitude and willingness to search for solutions in technology world
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills to resolve any outstanding issues
