Scope Details:

Knowledge of Dell Cyber Recovery solution.

Experience with monitoring and daily operations of the Cyber Recovery Vault:

• Dell PowerProtect Cyber Recovery Manager
• Dell PowerProtect DD replication and health
• CyberSense for PowerProtect Cyber Recovery
• Investigate CyberSense alerts, prepare and escalate reports to the Customer for further action.
• Optimize the Cyber Vault components to ensure a smooth run state
• Add/modify/remove PowerProtect Cyber Recovery and CyberSense policies including additional Mtrees to support the Customer led design or changes.
• Investigate and report on supportability of customer-initiated hardware and software changes to the Cyber Recovery Vault infrastructure and protected data including patching.
• Manage capacity of Cyber Recovery Vault infrastructure and performance of replication jobs.
• Participate in the periodic data recovery and restore operations at the direction of the Customer.
• Provide knowledge transfer to the Customer for PowerProtect Cyber Recovery and CyberSense operations.
• Understanding of backup set reports, CyberSense reporting and the stages of CyberSense analysis (indexing, segments, etc
