Currently, many of our CPAP devices have stopped transmitting data due to 3G network shutdowns. This position will help manage the manual capture of CPAP data through SD card shipments and retrieval. This is an integral position within our company as it will ensure that treatment data is collected for proper care and safety of our patients.

As the project requirements diminish, you will become essential to the new process of educating our patients on using an SD card reader, compatible with various types of cellular devices.

This is an on-site position working 8-4 or 9-5 Eastern time at our Alpharetta location.

Responsibilities

  • Ship, receive and upload data from CPAP device SD cards.
  • Investigate issues with missing SD cards and/or outlier situations.
  • Participate heavily in interactions with Care Team staff members.
  • Manage SD card and mailing supply inventory.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or 1 year experience in a healthcare setting or 1 year experience in customer service.
  • Psychology, behavioral science, social work, or other related field preferred
  • Stellar oral and written communication skills, including active listening.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.
  • Strict attention to detail, organizational skills and follow-through.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving is essential.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only moderate standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Comfortable working with multiple software applications at one time.
  • Ability to learn a proprietary technology platform for medical charting and tasking.
  • Google Drive applications experience helpful.
