Job Description
You will become part of the IP Operations team, which can be seen as the backbone of Philips IP&S. The team provides expert support for different tools used in IP&S worldwide supporting an international and multicultural community of IP and R&D professionals. You will have an internal coach for training-on-the-job.


In your role you will:

As a Data Support Officer you are responsible for performing different tasks in our Unycom IP management system, such as:
adjusting routing tables, uploading acquired IP, user role maintenance, new partner creation and maintenance, re-assignments of IP assets and projects, contract approvals & signing, etc.
Also, you will be responsible for on/offboarding and access management in several other tools used by the IP&S organization.
You will make sure that work instructions for data support activities in different tools are kept up to date, and you communicate with customers and internal stakeholders in order to answer their questions or solve their problems.
You work closely with IP Operations, IP Business Partners, IP Counsels, and other stakeholders in the IP&S department.


You're the right fit if:


You enjoy working with data and systems and you're comfortable using

different IT tools.
And on top of that youve got:
Intermediate vocational education (MBO).
Confidence, critical thinking, and experience at multitasking.
Strong eye for detail.
Relationship building.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a multicultural environment.
A positive and open team player.
Experience with the Unycom IP Management System would be a clear advantage.
