Job Description
Interprets data and turns it into information which can offer ways to improve how the data is used within the business, thus affecting business decisions. Gathers information from various sources and interprets patterns and trends. Develops reports and dashboards to visualize findings.
Conducts descriptive and diagnostic analytics on data sources.
Applies machine learning and machine learning tools on data and metadata to improve data quality.
Identifies patterns and trends in data sets.
Creates reports and dashboards on analysis results using business intelligence technologies.
Develops data profiles for data tables and elements in the data lake.
Creates data catalog entries, ensures data catalog metadata quality.
Analyzes diverse data sets to identify data quality, coherency and integrability issues and reduce data redundancy.
Collaborates to develop data cleansing methods and rules.
Assists in creation and maintenance of documentation of key decisions, rules, controls and processes., *

Education, Licenses, Certifications
College, university or equivalent degree preferred or equivalent work experience in relevant technical discipline.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience
Relevant experience preferred such as working in a temporary student employment, intern, co-op, or other extracurricular team activities.
Knowledge of the latest technologies and trends in data science is highly preferred and includes:
- SQL query language execution on NOSql and SQL sources
- Exposure to Agile software development
- Exposure to IoT technology
- Data profiling tools, technologies and coding
- Data Catalog tools and technologies
- Business intelligence tools and technologies
- Exposure to Big Data open source
- Clustered compute cloud-based implementation experience
Hours are 12 PM IST to 9:30 PM IST (2nd Shift)
Requires college degree and 1-3 years of workexperience.
Help the team with the day-to-day operations of theCCIMS Database.
Completing Remedy tickets (SNOW - Service Now) forvarious projects in the database in a timely manner.
Attention to detail and ability to spot issues in thedatabase.
Responsible for maintaining the SEFE Admin Teamprocess documents and CCIMS Project training material in a timely manner.
The Service Change Review Board process,otherwise known as SCRB, is a Cross Functional forum to discuss CCIMS systemchanges from individual Components Business Units.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced setting, bedependable, and a team player.
Having above average skills with Excel, such asVLOOKUP, Formulas, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, these skills will helpyou be more successful in this role.
Would prefer someone with skills using SQL, VBA(Macros), Power BI, Microsoft Flow, Power App, SharePoint Site, this will notbe your key role or responsibilities but can help you be more successful inthis role.
Ability to review the data from CCIMS and determine ifthere is an issue and know how to fix the issue after training and informed onwhat the data should be or where to locate resources to determine how to fixthe issue.
Above average communication skills as we are a globalteam and need to be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Flexible approach to working due to the nature ofdatabase administration.
