Job Description:
As a Starling Business Analyst, your primary role will be to analyze and evaluate business processes and systems within the Starling organization. You will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand their needs, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements. Conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather necessary information.
Process Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for improvement. Analyze workflows, data flows, and business rules to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
System Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and technologies. Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and areas for enhancement to support business objectives.
Solution Design: Develop innovative solutions to address business challenges and improve processes. Create functional specifications, user stories, and wireframes to guide the development and implementation of new systems.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Clearly communicate business requirements, priorities, and project status to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
Data Analysis: Analyze data and generate insights to support data-driven decision-making. Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders and facilitate strategic planning.
Change Management: Assist in change management activities, including user training, documentation, and communication plans. Help stakeholders adapt to new processes and systems to maximize adoption and benefits realization.
Project Management: Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends related to business analysis. Propose and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
