Job Title: Database Consultant
Job Location: (Onsite) Boulder, Colorado and NIST Gaithersburg, Maryland (Hybrid)
Job Duration: Long-Term

• Degree(s) in computer science or electrical engineering

• Experience in database management including MS Access, VBA, and web-based programming languages.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of database operations, MySQL, MS Access, VBA, JAVA, and SENCHA as well as database hardware, network operations, and web hosting.
• Experience with the current NIST Admin Portal is highly desirable.

• Help maintain the NAP to ensure full operational capability for day-to-day operations.
• Shall debug coding and correct functionality based on user feedback.
• Shall help maintain the operational and development back-end structures.
• Shall respond to requests for support via phone or email within one (1) business day and resolving issues with already deployed NAP programming.
• Continue developing new capabilities for the NAP in JAVA/SENCHA according to the priorities outlined by the development team.
• Participate as part of a development team providing NIST users an end-to-end full-service workflow management, project financial planning, and real-time solvency tool.
• shall submit report monthly, fifteen days after the end of the month reported to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
