Job Title: Datacenter Technician

Location: Chicago, IL (onsite)

Duration: 3+ Years Contract role (C2C,W2)

Shift Timing: Night Shift (10:00 PM to 06:00 AM CST)

Job Description:

• Installation, migration, and demise of IT equipment within Data Centers (To 5 years)
• Understanding of data network and cabling technologies, principles, and products including Copper and fiber cabling
• Heavy physical layer experience with cabling installation, troubleshooting, and decommissioning
• Working knowledge of Aperture, CMS, and GSD
• General overview as to how a computer room floor is laid out and how modern server, storage, and network infrastructure is integrated.
