Mission for Day Shift Charge Nurse The Day Shift Charge Nurse will provide quality, personalized care for residents through implementing their plan of care with compassion, quality and integrity. Duties & Responsibilities OR Position Summary Supervising and providing leadership to frontline staff Manage day-to-day operations of the unit Dispense medication Complete treatments Communicate information regarding resident needs through written and verbal communication to appropriate staff members Observe proper infection control and safety procedures Respond positively to feedback (questions, suggestions, problems) from residents, guests, family members and fellow staff Position Type This is a full- or part-time position. We offer flexible scheduling to promote work/life balance. Available shifts include: 8 Hour Shifts - 6:00am-2:30pm 12 Hour Shifts - 6:00am 6:30pm Weekends Every third - 6:00am 6:30pm Additional pay is available for Charge Nurse responsibilities.
