H.T. Hackney's Gainesville division is seeking motivated individuals to fulfill the role of a warehouse associate for our first shift. The hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

• Has a strong attention to detail.


• Possesses good communication and problem solving skills.


• Is able to lift up to 50 pounds.


• Can stand on their feet for long periods.


• Is able to stoop, bend, and crouch in varying stints.


• Has good time management skills.


• Can function in extreme hot or cold temperatures for long periods.


• Enjoys working with their hands.


• Has a friendly, and positive outlook.


• Most importantly, is a real team player.

A day in the life:

The typical shift would include working as a group to pick, pack, and ready merchandise to ship for our customers. It's crucial to stay on task and focused. Some days are fast-paced and others are slower, but you're encouraged to keep a steady speed for safety and accuracy.

 

Additional consideration will be given to candidates who have prior experience with:

• Forklift operation.


• Pallet jack operation.


• Order fulfillment.


• Supply chain logistics.


• Loading/unloading trucks.
