As a Deed Research and Retrieval Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our estate planning services team. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth research to identify, retrieve, and analyze property deeds, and related documents. Your work will directly contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of our estate planning processes. Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct thorough research to locate property deeds, and other relevant legal documents.
• Collaborate with county offices, public record databases, and other resources to gather necessary information.
• Verify the accuracy and authenticity of retrieved documents.
• Analyze and interpret legal descriptions, encumbrances, and other property-related details.
• Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing research findings for use in estate planning.

Requirements

• Proven experience in property deed research and retrieval, preferably within estate planning or real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of property law, legal terminology, and land records.
• Proficiency in utilizing online databases, public records, and other research tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
