JOB TITLE: Delivery Lead Manager Kronos

JOB DESCR:

***10+ years of Experience in Time and Attendance/Kronos is the key. Agile and Scrum Master experience required.

This is a phone and Skype to hire.

This is a very senior Delivery manager/Lead position for a Kronos Time & Attendance portfolio migration to Quintiq.

The perfect candidate will have delivered projects for converting Kronos to Quintiq.

Project scope: Time & attendance ( Going from Kronos to Quintiq )

This is a very high level engagement and high visibility project at Excalibur - this is for an experienced, sharp Project Delivery Lead who can handle multiple teams and high visibility projects. Must have exceptional comm skills/l proven project leadership exp, Agile ( someone who has been a Scrum Master and now in this Lead role)

Will not be managing projects directly – but will be overseeing delivery and execution of high visibility projects – this may require some late nights/weekends work – during crunch time – so must be someone willing to put in the time as needed to get the job done.

• Consulting experience required

• Superior knowledge of the HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, and WFM function & processes

• Experience with workforce management software such Kronos, eTime, Workforce Software, Kronos time and attendance, and system infrastructure.

• Sound knowledge of the various workforce management disciplines like Accruals, Attendance Tracking, Compliance monitoring, Employee Self Service, Fatigue Management, Leave Management, Overtime Equalization, Schedule Optimization, Work Authorization, Activity tracking for monitoring idle time, utilization, productivity and incentive pay.

• Lead the full lifecycle of a project including, Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing

• Experience leading requirements gathering workshops or facilitating meetings

• Experience leading the vendor selection process (client and supplier sides) including RFPs, RFIs, scoring and evaluating products and services

• Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization

• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
