RESPONSIBILTIES of the Delivery Partner/Lead

·       Deliver excellence: (S)he will be the SPOC for all delivery commitments to the customers for the account across all regions in US. This will involve working alongside the delivery teams in the region, global teams, with other members of the team, with associate individuals or partners/alliances. Using the range of Brillio methodologies and IPs and new ones as they develop. The role will be encouraged to develop and refine Brillio’s approach through these engagements, contributing to the better delivery excellence and commitment to quality

·       Manage relationships: Delivery Partner will act in accordance with Brillio vision and values, and act as an Ambassador for Brillio in all that (s)he does to develop and widen the Brillio network, and manage relationships to enhance impact, brand and identify adjacent business areas opportunities. Establishing himself/herself as trusted advisor and Building meaningful relationships with customers, peers, partners and Brillians. Customer stakeholder management is critical for this role.

·       People Development – Delivery Partner will agree a structured program of training and development, which should be aligned to the engagements area in focus. He or She will take responsibility for working closely with Learning and Development function to drive programs for his/her engagements/teams.

·       Produce thought leadership in area(s) and be an advisor for stakeholders: The delivery partner will be expected to contribute meaningfully to the intellectual output of teams and translate theory into practice (and vice versa). This means using existing knowledge and that gathered from Brillio’s practice work to mindshare with customers for the art of the possible. Would encourage DP to contribute towards range of publications (blogs, articles, reports, manuals) that push the boundaries of Brillio positioning, showcase our work and act as a marketing device for our services.

·       Collaborate to win adjacent / new business: To bring in new revenue for Brillio from existing clients (proactively or in response to opportunities), and through building lasting client and peer partnerships. (S)he will use the pan Brillio capabilities, solutions, IPs, alliances to gain higher revenue share. Collaborate with solutions and customer success teams as appropriate

·       Governance: Responsible to drive engagement level governance through established mechanisms – Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Business Reviews. Drive Program Management rigor in terms of effective risk management, single point of contact to drive escalations and go to green plans.

SKILL Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or above (relevant engineering discipline preferred)

Prior roles as leader responsible for running a large strategic portfolio from delivery point of view. Preferably in Telecom domain.

15+ years of engineering and/or product development experience.

 5+ years of experience in technology consulting

Deep Understanding and appreciation for latest platforms, product architecture (Serverless, Microservices based etc…), high-performance engineering practices (DevOps, Automation etc…), Data engineering, Data Analytics, AI/ML and Cloud

technologies.

Expert proficiency in product engineering practices, program/project management with extensive experience in various multi-disciplinary settings.

Should have exposure to manage administrative activities [Budgets, Revenue, Margins, SOWs, Contracts etc..]

Personal passion for customer centricity, with abundant professional experience demonstrating examples of success in each area.

Extremely fluent in AGILE based global delivery and ability to lead design thinking workshops

Exceptional communication, listening and presentation skills
