Dental Hygienist

Position Overview:

As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in our mission to promote oral health and wellness within the community. You will work closely with our team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional care to our patients. Responsibilities:

- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings, scaling, and root planning.

- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.

- Assess and document patients' oral health conditions, including charting and maintaining patient records.

- Assist in the development of personalized treatment plans in collaboration with our dentists.

- Take and develop dental X-rays as needed.

- Maintain infection control and sterilization procedures in accordance with industry standards and clinic policies.

- Provide compassionate and patient-centered care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients.

- Collaborate with the dental team to achieve the highest standard of care for our patients.

Qualifications:

- Licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of Montana.

- CPR certification.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Dedication to patient education and preventive care.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate records.

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

- Flexibility to adapt to a changing healthcare environment.
