DEPLOYMENT ENABLEMENT SPECIALIST

The Deployment Enablement specialist is responsible for supporting deployment processes for all geographic markets across the firms lines of service, with the objective of enabling the business to send the right people to the right assignments at the right time. This role provides tactical support that enables the team to deliver operational efficiency and effectiveness to our client service staff. Specialist must pay attention to detail, able to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner, and communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, flexible; with the ability to work well independently and as a team.
The Deployment Operations Coordinator (DOC) role is a collaborative leader with strong technical knowledge. The DOCs major responsibilities are to manage and coordinate platform code deployments, facilitating adherence to the release process, the code branching strategy, and reconciling overlaps and gaps to prepare for efficient and smooth releases. DOCs communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive continuous improvement. In addition to promoting deployment alignment and visibility, the DOC is a change agent who pushes for process improvements within the deployment pipeline and provides direct support during code deployments for issue escalation, key stakeholder identification, and soliciting development and DevOps assistance. The DOC should be comfortable with Scaled agile (SAFe) methods, and able to work within the Continuous Delivery Pipeline to foster improvement especially on processes for continuous integration and continuous deployment.
