Title: Deployment Project Manager
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Client: City of Philadelphia
Note : This is an onsite position day 1 onsite.
Job Description :
- The Library requires general deployment assistance onsite at all locations as well as project management.
- General deployment staff will be deployed with teams of Library staff and will work under their direction.,All library locations will be visited through this project.
- The project manager will work with Free Library management to plan, schedule, and oversee the deployment and timeline throughout the project. The project manager will also work with the Free Librarys Training Team to identify training needed for staff in general and to identify and assist with building the skills of the training team if needed.
Work activities:
- Project Management
- Project documenting and management of support staff with weekly updates
- Assist with project Sc.
- Final project review
RequiredSkills/experience :
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Project Management experience coordination / scheduling of technicians with FLP project manager
- Training experience with 365 for end users
- Minimum 6 Years experience as a Project Manager.
Highly Desired/Preferred
- Familiarity with Windows 11
- Desktop deployment experience
- Project management certification
- 365 deployment experience
- Experience training teams in deployment and 365 implementations
