Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables '1. Design / Proejct management coordination with Architects, MEP & cost consultants for interior fit-out projects.
'2. Undertaking different projects for building maintenance and upkeep of MEP services.
'3. Adherence to safety standards, internal & statutory compliances.
'4. Vendor Management including sourcing, appointment, procurement, etc.
Experience Approx 7 t0 10 Years in project fitouts / interiors, maintainence and upkeep of facilities.
Qualifications Civil Engineering Degree holder
General Requirements Functional skills required to execute the role:
'Vendor Management, Project Management, cost management, Tech know how of Civil, Interior & MEP services
Behavioral Competencies required:
