Job DescriptionContract Management Draft, review, negotiate and standardize a wide range of contracts, including land acquisition and leasing contracts, project development agreements, EPC Agreements for solar and wind plants, power purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, joint venture agreements, , and other legal documents. Regulatory Affairs Stay up-to-date with changes in the renewable energy regulatory landscape and advise the company on potential implications and opportunities. Engage with regulatory authorities and industry associations to influence favorable regulations. Pursuing litigation before appropriate regulatory bodies as required. Litigation Management Preparation of internal research notes and extending advisory support on issues, threatened litigation for finalizing most beneficial strategy for resolution. Collaborate with external legal counsel in handling disputes, litigation, and regulatory investigations. Develop strategies to resolve legal issues efficiently and. cost-effectively. Achieving go-live, testing and stabilization of Provakil and Volo-D (Contract Management System).
