Job Description

Heading a team of purchasers for procurement of all the material. Ensuring all material are bought at most competitive price and delivered on time to meet sales target.

To make plan & schedule for the material procurement as per the requirement & ensuring timely delivery.

Prepare & Implementation SOP - Purchase & Store.

Responsible for identifying potential vendor and develop for meeting company strategic objective for packaging and MRO items.

Assist in managing shipment and Logistics activities for Raw materials and Consumable materials.

Inform cost changes, shipment issues, supply concerns to respective personnel and team in timely manner.

Co-ordination with the purchase, Engineering, Financial department in order to adhere to the day wise production.

Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers.

Maintaining relationship with the suppliers, developing them and lead to vendor satisfaction. Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports required by Management to take the Necessary action regarding procurement and Inventory.
