Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables '- Interact with cross divisional team and drive projects for positive
delivery as per specified timelines
- Responsible to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Project documentation
- Responsible for identifing risks and resolving bottlenecks in Projects by laising with respective stake holders
- Plan & Managing(Monitoring) Vehicle Program deliverables as per
Mahindra New Product development process thro RMS
- Updating project health status with dyanamic crtical path to management by every fortnight
- Responsible for developing IT enabled PMO (For Ex: Engineering
release online, Engineering dashboards etc)
- Laise with Business excellence team to develop / update new product
development system
- Commerical awareness on a business case for new programs
- Responsible for organzing Stage gate reviews in coordination with
project quality planning department
- Preparing all management review presentation.
Experience 5 to 8 years
Industry Preferred Automotive OEM, Automotive Tier 1 supplier(Ex: Valeo, Bosch, Visteon)
Qualifications B.E. (Mechanical / Industrial / Production)
General Requirements Hands on skills in MS Project
Experience in Product life cycle management
Basic level of design experience (not mandate)
Knowldege on team center
Knowledge on financial work outs like IRR, Payback etc.
