• Build your business by offering excellent customer service to our new and existing customers
• Demonstrate design skills, professional communication, and follow up skills
• Bring energy, enthusiasm, and patience backed by an entrepreneurial spirit
• Must have excellent listening skills, willingness to learn and the ability to work independently and within a team

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years retail and/or sales experience desirable
• Design experience or degree is helpful
• College degree or some college coursework preferred
• Ability to dress for success in a showroom environment
• Willingness to fully engage in our training program and new design consultant support system
• Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn our information and programs
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule which can include nights, weekends, and holidays
