• Your overarching mission is to support our customers by arming the Sales Team with the resources they need, and our customers need, to bring Canvus Products into their communities.
• Thrive in research. This role is a research-heavy role to support customer/sales initiatives.
• Become an expert on all things Canvus (Processes, Products, and Marketplace).
• Provide the sales team with thoughtful collateral to take into each customer interaction.
• Create personalized heart warming stories on behalf of Canvus customers to help initiate donations.
• Suggest through your stories, locations for our collection of products into customer communities.
• Help create thoughtful QR messaging when requested by our customers.
• Research and discover spaces for our collection of products.
• Jump in on projects where help is needed.
• Manage QR data updates requested by our customer.
• Collaborate with our Sales team to help with presentation's to our customers.
• Participate in research projects to support go-to-market efforts, including leads/marketplace identification.
• Become an expert on the technical requirements of the sales team, from email templates, playbooks, and processes.
• Manage the delivery of our products to customers by ordering trucks, communicating with our warehouse, and emailing with customers to coordinate delivery.
